The Journal of Geodetic Science (JoGS) is developing a special issue of the journal related to the SIRGAS Symposium 2021, and therefore we invite leading researchers and the technology community to submit original papers and articles focused on Geodesy and Science. of the Earth for inclusion in this special edition of the magazine. Instrucions for oral presentations
The sessions will be recorded, therefore all exhibitors and attendees, by participating, give their consent to publish recordings on the SIRGAS platform. The contributions have been classified into two groups “Oral presentations” and “posters”.
Oral presentations:
Exhibitors who will make the “Oral Presentations” are requested to prepare their presentations in MS Powerpoint.
The PowerPoint file must be uploaded two days before the Symposium, at the following link:
For oral presentations, each author will have a maximum of 15 minutes, including time for questions, we appreciate adjusting the time. It is requested to take into account the day and time of the presentation, according to the Symposium agenda.
Posters:
It is requested for the exhibitors who will present posters, submit their poster 15 days before the Symposium, taking into account the following considerations:
- Format: .ppt or pptx
- Size: a single slide and a maximum file size of 20 MB.
- When creating your layout this should be: Landscape Layout 16: 9.
- No Hyperlinks, animated images, animations and videos.
- QR codes can be included.
- You should avoid overlapping objects and layers.

A Gallery Platform for Presentations and Posters has been set up where the corresponding abstracts were be published. For poster exhibitors, there will also be 5 minutes for oral presentation, not exceeding 5 slides. It is requested to take into account the day and time of the presentation according to the Symposium agenda.
